After you sign up online, you will receive a payment confirmation email from Debit Success.

You will then receive a welcome email from us containing further instructions and your CareTrac Member ID number within three working days.

You may suspend your membership for a minimum period of two weeks, with suspension fees as stated in your contract.

Please let us know if you have changed your name, address or contact details. You can do this by placing a ticket on our website at www.caretrac.com.au/ContactUs

Only employees of corporations that have agreements with CareTrac can join. Depending on arrangements with your workplace, you may additionally be able to sign up your immediate family members.

Yes, you can register your interest in any particular outlet at www.caretrac.com.au/OutletMap

Once we obtain enough support from our members for any given outlet, we will offer to register them in our system.

Please visit our website regularly to view any new outlets listed.

If you have a pre-existing medical condition, you will need to provide us with a medical certificate indicating you are fit to do exercise before commencing with CareTrac.

If you develop a medical condition during your membership, you are required to immediately inform us and provide a doctors certificate stating that it is safe for you to continue with your exercise program.

Memberships cannot be transferred.

Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member. If anyone uses your membership, you will be charged with the casual visitation rate of the facility used, and can result in cancellation of your membership.
