We are working on a new motion sensor which will track when a resident has been moved or turned.

Service Overview
CareTRAC offers two kinds of service for customers. Warranted service and Extended Service Agreement.  All merchandise which falls under the 1 year warranty period is returned to customers after a repair or replacement via the same carrier method as it was received.  CareTRAC warranties all equipment free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year. Please contact CareTRAC to find out which extended service contract is best for you.
